Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with RISE ATTIRE! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging, with tags attached (if applicable).

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Sale or clearance items (optional)

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please contact us at riseattireuk@gmail.com. We’ll guide you through the exchange process.

 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within up to 7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 3 Warley Drive LA33AP with photos of the issue. We’ll replace or refund the item at no extra cost to you.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at riseattireuk@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of your refund or exchange status.
